"Take A Closer Look At Who You Employ"

Nevada General Guidelines

Employers can ask about arrests and convictions, both felony and misdemeanor, and deny employment based on criminal history. Most arrests that did not lead to conviction may be sealed. Certain convictions for possession of a controlled substance not for purpose of sale may be sealed after 3 years if the individual successfully completes probation or parole and the court is satisfied that the person is rehabilitated.
