Special situations: A criminal background check is permitted upon a conditional offer of employment in a private "residential dwelling project," which includes a condominium, apartment building, hotel, motel or bed and breakfast, where the employee may be reasonably required to have access to residential units. Applicant must give written consent to release of criminal record information.
