Anti-Slavery/Human Trafficking Statement

Premier InfoSource, Inc. is committed to respecting human rights and ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our organization. Premier InfoSource will take steps to ensure we are acting ethically and with integrity as we also require our business partners to do the same. We are committed to our business relationships, in line with our core values, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure no form of slavery is taking place in our own business or supply chains. Our responsibility to Zero Tolerance means appropriate due diligence has been undertaken to satisfy our requirements. If we find any parties of concern, we must have in place ethical employment practices that comply with all relevant legislation including, where applicable, the making of an Anti-Slavery statement pursuant to the Modern Slavery Act of 2015. If such suppliers have not published a policy or statement, they are required to confirm they have in place ethical employment practices and in turn, require the same from their suppliers.

Premier InfoSource’s future steps will be our ongoing commitment to our training, monitoring and our reviewing of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 as well as all other global equivalent legislation.

This Anti-Slavery/Human Trafficking Statement has been approved by the Board of Directors. This will be an ongoing review and updated statement.
